Home Care Select provides in-home personal care, supportive home maintenance, and respite care services to elderly and disabled individuals in Grant County WI, including the communities and rural areas of Platteville, Lancaster, Fennimore, Cassville, Hazel Green, Cuba City, Montfort, Boscobel, Muscoda, Potosi/Tennyson, Mt. Hope, and Bloomington. We extend our services into communities in Crawford, Iowa and Lafayette counties as needed.

Whether on a private-pay basis or through public funded services, our goal is to provide the opportunity for persons who may require assistance with daily living to remain in their own homes.
